Ask What You Want to Know: A Tip for When Getting a Reading (from me or any reader)
Archived blog post from my Instagram (June 15, 2017)
Choosing what to ask during a reading can be challenging at times because you may have some suggestions floating around in your mind, but at the same time you don't want to miss out on more important information.
Even so, the best thing to do is to ASK WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW. General readings, messages from your Spirit team, just wanting to see what comes up, those are all great inquiries for a check-up or check-in. Like when you go to the doctor just to make sure everything is alright. But if you sprained your ankle, you wouldn't say to your physician, "Oh, I just wanted to see if you thought anything was wrong with me." Because they're just going to take your temperature, maybe pass a flashlight over your eyes and listen to your lungs. And you're going to leave not having addressed what you ALREADY KNOW you wanted addressed.
So get a reading with your questions in mind. Ask if your boyfriend is cheating on you. Ask if that friend of yours is no good. Ask if it's time for you to leave your job. Ask if you chose the right program at school. Ask what you can do to improve your self-esteem. Ask if you should go to Africa or take care of your grandmother for the summer. Ask those important questions that you KNOW you have, rather than waiting to see if maybe per chance they might happen to pop up. Because even if in the grand scheme of things it isn't pressing, the fact that it's on your mind or affecting your behavior or decision making means that it needs a solution in order for you to carry on and move forward.
So, don't be afraid. ASK WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW. Worst case scenario, you get the check up afterwards.
